云南省公安厅交警总队总队长王方荣通报黄标车治理淘汰工作情况，他说道，“截至10月8日，交通运输部门注销全省所有营运黄标车《道路运输证》64541本，注销率达100%。截至10月15日，淘汰全省各级党政机关、事业单位、国有企业黄标车7084辆，完成率达100%。截至10月29日，淘汰全省2005年底前注册营运的黄标车7954辆，完成率达100%，确保了中央环保督察发现的问题按时按质整改落实到位。7月1日至11月7日，淘汰全省所有黄标车140585辆中的127747辆，剩余12838辆，完成率90.87%，为年底完成全部目标任务奠定了坚实有力的基础。” 按照中央环保督查组要求，2018年10月31日前，淘汰云南省2005年底前注册营运的黄标车7954辆；2018年12月31日前，淘汰全省所有黄标车140585辆。当前，黄标车治理淘汰工作已进入决战决胜的冲刺阶段，剩余黄标车的淘汰报废还需要车辆所有人和社会各界大力配合，与政府职能部门形成合力，全面完成国家下达给云南的淘汰治理任务。
